For example instead of choosing resolutions like losing weight, going to the gym and quitting smoking, why not just make the resolution about going to the gym. Once you make it a habit, you’ll start eating better and be driven by results. At some point, you’ll likely even quit smoking.
One good habit can turn into many new lifestyle changes, that will propel you to be a better version of you.

Each goal should actually be something you can achieve. Let’s not be setting impossible goals. Each goal or resolution you set needs to be relevant, and realistically part of your life’s purpose. Every goal and every resolution needs to have a clearly established timeline, including a start date, and deadline!
